TravelightNow was founded by Halley Ceglia Terrell. Halley began her journey into the world of health and wellness in the early 2000's. Halley started her career as a service coordinator supporting adults with developmental disabilities on Long Island, NY. It was through her involvement in the field of social wellness that she then pursued a masters degree in social work at Stony brook University. Upon graduation, she entered into a clinical social work fellowship at Yale Child Study Center focusing on anxiety, depression and autism. Following her time at Yale, Halley worked on the multidisciplinary team at the Fay J. Lindner Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, before moving to Connecticut to begin an 11 year experience at Fairfield Warde High School. Familiar with exercise and the physical body from years of horseback riding and dance, Halley entered into a journey of mind/body trainings in the fields of health coaching, life coaching, yoga, meditation, dance and reiki. In 2014, Halley started teaching yoga at local schools and community centers, while incorporating mindfulness into therapy sessions as a private practitioner. In 2018, Halley started on her own personal journey of advanced health initiatives, as she was faced with unexpected challenges related to fertility, family planning & endometriosis. Through personal experience of her own and defined professional training, Halley's practice focus now incorporates reproductive health more than ever. Beginning as early as college, Halley treats a variety of individuals on their journey to health and well-being. Halley works closely with the providers on your team to assure you have the best care. She knows how important it is for each person to feel empowered, validated and accepted during a time when so many are judged, misguided and invalidated. TravlightNow, LLC was created on the same premise as Halley's original private practice, to support people in locating their own mind/body connection. All services offered through TravelightNow, offer opportunity for each person to explore their own landscape and desires to belong in our world. We aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental community. Through individual and group classes all people are seen, heard, and cared for. As we begin to release "baggage", we may just find what we have been looking for the whole time.
